It wasn’t enough for Sunday’s embarrassing loss to the Giants to include the loss of rising inside linebacker Dylan Cole for the season. No, the Texans also had to lose their starting slot receiver as well.
The Texans have placed WR Bruce Ellington and ILB Dylan Cole on injured reserve. WRs Keke Coutee and Sammie Coates were inactive against the Giants and the Texans don’t have a lot of depth at the position.
