Houston Texans head coach David Culley (it’s still surreal to type those words together) forges ahead with the construction of his staff. This afternoon, we learned he has zeroed in on a new special teams coordinator and a new secondary coach. First, the man who’ll replace the man who replaced Brad Seely:
The #Texans are expected to hire Frank Ross as their special teams coordinator, source said. Ross worked in personnel alongside new GM Nick Caserio in New England and most recently was an assistant with the #Colts.
