Louis Nix III, who was drafted by the Texans in the third round in 2014, posted a scary Instagram video of himself in what appears to be the back of an ambulance after saying he was shot while putting air in his tires Tuesday night.
"I just got shot and robbed while I was putting air in my tires, so if I don’t make it, I really do love everybody," Nix said in the video.
Nix posted an update to his Facebook page Wednesday morning letting everyone know he was heading into surgery.
"I’m alive everyone," he posted.
