Duane Brown’s continued holdout at the Texans training camp has led to the Texans looking back at the free agent market to find more help at offensive tackle. According to Jeff Risdon of USA Today:

Howard started 10 games for the Raiders last year as relief for the starting right tackle Menelik Watson. Howard has started 72 games over his 7 seasons in the league for 3 different teams.
