It remains to be seen how they'll play out on the field, but the Texans' offseason moves have gotten the thumbs up from some of ESPN's top NFL analysts.
ESPN NFL Insider Mike Sando issued offseason grades for all 32 NFL teams (subscription required) and the Texans checked in with a B-plus for their moves, the most notable of which were the free-agent signings of quarterback Brock Osweiler, running back Lamar Miller and offensive linemen Jeff Allen and Tony Bergstrom.
Sando, however, did question the money handed out to Osweiler, who signed a four-year, $72 contract after making seven starts for Super Bowl champion Denver last season in place of the injured Peyton Manning.
