The Houston Texans have several free agents still without teams almost a month since free agency started. Despite the initial impression that no free agents are worth re-signing a month later. Running back Alfred Blue was re-signed to a one year contract a couple of days after the 2018 NFL Draft had concluded with Brian Gaine’s first season as the general manager.
Blue ended up playing a respectable role as the second option at running back behind Lamar Miller and finished the season with 150 carries, 499 rushing yards, averaging 3.3 yards a carry, and two rushing touchdowns.
