When the Texans were 2-8, Texans general manager Nick Caserio was asked during his weekly SportsRadio 610 appearance if Culley would return, but he didn't answer the question.
“I respect the question, but I’m not going to make any commentary about what’s going to happen after the season,” Caserio said on Dec. 7. “... I’ve been put in charge to run the football operations and oversee all aspects of it.
