Despite the Texans offense being one of the worst in the league, Texans coach David Culley expects his offensive coordinator Tim Kelly to be back for a fourth season as offensive coordinator.
During Friday's media availability, Culley was asked if he anticipates the Texans' play-caller returning next season: "100 percent," he replied.
Heading into Sunday's season finale against the Titans, the Texans currently rank last in yards per game (273.4), last in rushing yards per game (84.9), third-worst in passing yards per game (188.5) and third-worst in points per game (15.9). This unit is tied with the 2003 team for the second-lowest points output in franchise history.
