The Texans were in the “Sunday Night Football” spotlight this week. That’s always been a dicey proposition for Houston’s NFL team, and they lived up (or down, actually) to their prime-time reputation in a 42-34 loss to undefeated Kansas City.
Here’s a look at the good, bad and ugly from a game that wasn’t as close as the final score indicates.
THE GOOD
1. Deshaun Watson. The Texans lost, but Watson had them within a score in the fourth quarter after another spectacular escape and long TD pass to Will Fuller. With Watson, the Texans always seem to have hope.
