Myles Garrett, the first overall pick in the 2017 NFL Draft, made an immediate impact on his first snap in the NFL during the Browns' game against the Jets on Sunday.
Garrett, who missed the first four games of the season with an ankle injury, sacked Jets quarterback Josh McCown on third down for an 8-yard loss.
Garrett is primarily being used as a third-down pass rusher while being limited in his return from injury.
The Arlington native declared for the draft after his junior season at Texas A&M.
