DENVER - Denver Broncos kicker Brandon McManus was disgusted with himself and made no excuses about a pair of missed field goals Sunday.
During a 19-17 loss to the Texans, McManus pushed a 51-yard potential game-winning try wide right in the fourth quarter to lose the game. Earlier in the game, he missed a 62-yarder wide right.
“Both kicks were terrible kicks by me," McManus said. "I didn’t even give them a chance. It's tough for these guys to fight so hard and just to have two terrible kicks and not even give myself a chance to make them.
