Stop me if you've heard this one before: Brock Osweiler played poorly, then the internet made fun of him.
The embattled Houston Texans quarterback threw three interceptions in the second half to help the Patriots end the Texans season with a 34-16 win Saturday night in Foxborough, Mass.
The Texans actually played well as a team and could have had a chance to shock the world if they had gotten a decent performance out of their quarterback. Instead, they had Osweiler, who did the usual Osweiler things.
In the earlier game of the day, the Seahawks were ousted from the playoffs by Atlanta, and also were roundly mocked.
