Brian Flores, who is a finalist for the Texans head coaching job and also has interviewed with the Saints, said he let both teams know about his lawsuit against the NFL before he filed it Tuesday.
Flores filed a class action lawsuit against the NFL, the New York Giants, Denver Broncos and Miami Dolphins, claiming racial discrimination in the hiring and firing process for NFL coaches.
In a 10-minute interview on CBS Mornings on Wednesday, Flores said he'd still like a head coaching job in the NFL. His first interview with the Saints came Tuesday at the Senior Bowl in Mobile, Ala.
