The Houston Texans finalized their 53 man roster, and once the recently cut players cleared waivers, teams were set to sign players to their practice squad. Teams could sign up to 16 players to make up their practice squad, who will have the unheralded duty of running the opposing team’s defense and offense, and getting the crap kicked out of them, to continue their NFL dream. Houston signed the following players to their 2021 Practice Squad.

The practice squad is also supposed to be a useful tool to develop undrafted free agents, and younger players, to act as a farm system for the 53 man roster, along with getting players who will provide the best look possible to the ones who suit up on Sundays.
