Warriors unleash Rockets' recruring nightmare with Game 4 flurry

The Houston Rockets left Texas late last week hopeful in their chances of achieving a cathartic upset against the Golden State Warriors. Recent nights revived nightmares of playoffs past.

Saturday night's Game 3 loss was a slog, as the Rockets' limited offense mustered just 44 points in the second half, leading to a 104-93 defeat. Game 4's 106-104 loss was a slugfest, showcasing many of the hallmarks of the Rockets vs. Warriors rivalry from the previous decade, when James Harden and Steph Curry dueled.

Golden State's scoring dynamo was subdued by his standards, finishing with just 17 points over 39 minutes.
