Scott Foster, a referee the Rockets have been vocal about their displeasure with in the past, will be the crew chief in Game 2 of the Rockets-Warriors series Tuesday night in Oakland.

Foster hasn't officiated a Rockets game since Feb. 21 when the Rockets blew a 19-point lead to the Lakers and lost 111-106. In that game, the Rockets' Chris Paul and Mike D'Antoni were hit with technical fouls and James Harden was called for four offensive fouls.
