The Rockets on Tuesday offered support for the Houston Food Bank with the delivery of a Taco Tuesday lunch for volunteers.
The “Taco Me Crazy” food truck from Rockets owner Tilman Fertitta’s Cadillac Bar served volunteers at the nation’s largest food bank.
“It’s always great to come out to the food bank,” Rockets CEO Tad Brown said. “Right now, during this pandemic, it’s more important than ever to redouble our efforts to make sure that we’re not only contributing so that people can get the food that they need, but to really appreciate the volunteers who are coming out here and taking care of those with the most needs in this really troubling time.
