The Houston Rockets made significant improvements to their roster in recent seasons, including acquiring one of the NBA's top stars in June's trade for 15-time All-Star Kevin Durant. Houston's home arena is now undergoing similar upgrades, with more planned for 2026.

The Rockets will finance a nearly $25 million renovation of all suites at Toyota Center, with the project scheduled to start in April 2026, according to a Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation document obtained by Chron. The project is expected to be finished by October 2027.

Toyota Center, which first hosted NBA games in 2003, isn't ancient by NBA standards.
