The Rockets are now armed with a pair of impact veterans on their roster in 2023-24 as they desperately look to enter Phase 2 of their extended rebuild. Brooks and VanVleet are now the lone rotation pieces with playoff experience on the roster, and they join a crowded backcourt and wing group that still includes Jalen Green, Amen Thompson, Tari Eason, Kevin Porter Jr.
