Toyota Center was frozen in time for a portion of Monday night.

A major technical malfunction at the Houston Rockets' home arena caused a complete outage on all three scoreboards at Toyota Center, along with blacked-out shot clocks and game clocks at each basket during the first half of Monday's game against the Phoenix Suns. Referees stopped the game seven times, trying to fix the broken scoreboards in both the first and second quarters, but without success. The solution? Rely on the soothing voice of Public Address announcer Jonathan Sanford to keep the game going.
