Rockets’ rival John Stockton has dangerous views on COVID-19 vaccines

Pro Basketball Hall of Famer John Stockton, who never had many fans in Houston since he played for the rival Utah Jazz and stuck a dagger in Rockets’ fans hearts with his Game 6 buzzer beater in the 1997 Western Conference finals, is spreading debunked conspiracy theories about the COVID-19 vaccine.

Gonzaga, Stockton’s alma mater, revoked the former point guard’s season tickets after he refused to comply with the university’s mask mandate. In an interview with Spokane’s Spokesman-Review over the weekend, Stockton confirmed that Gonzaga suspended his tickets, but then went further, telling the paper that he’s more than just against wearing a mask.
