PHILADELPHIA - Nearly a week after the Rockets agreed to terms with guard Andrew Goudelock as a free agent who played in the China Basketball Association, they received the FIBA Letter of Clearance on Wednesday, allowing him to officially sign him and join the team at Wednesday's shootaround.
Goudelock had been with his family in Atlanta following the birth of his second child and said he hasn't slept in a week, but was happy to "finally" join the Rockets.
"He can put the ball in the basket," Rockets interim coach J.B. Bickerstaff said. "He can flat-out shoot it.
