According to Shams Charania, the Rockets have signed Salt Lake City wing William Howard (pronounced Oh-ward) to a two-way contract.

Howard went undrafted in 2015 but played professionally in his native France from 2012-2019 with four French clubs.
This offseason, Howard made the trip over to the States and signed with the Jazz before being waived and added to their G-League team, the Salt Lake City Stars.
