The 76ers and president of basketball operations Daryl Morey, who first acquired Harden in 2012 when Morey was the Rockets general manager, have been in pursuit of Harden in a potential Ben Simmons trade all season, but now the Nets are believed to be open to discussing the deal in advance of the Feb.
