While James Harden’s latest offensive explosion stole attention, the Rockets cited the play on the other end for beating the Spurs on Friday.
Rockets forward P.J. Tucker especially stood out, holding DeMar DeRozan to 1 of 4 shooting in the final four minutes when Harden had his 13-0 scoring binge on the other end.
This is nothing new. The Rockets have the sixth-rated defense in the past 15 games. In the fourth quarters, they have had the top-rated defense in that stretch.
