That was a powerful win for the Rockets last year. After knocking off the Dubs in their building in double overtime, the Rockets won 19 of their next 21 contests. That win also coincided with a break in the schedule where Houston finally started to play some home games, too. But the confidence of beating the Warriors (no matter the venue) is usually a huge deal for teams.
Think about it: beating the champions is supreme validation.
