The Houston Rockets turned back the clock on Friday night as they hosted the Indiana Pacers at the Toyota Center.
The organization honored legendary big man Elvin Hayes with a jersey retirement ceremony at halftime, and in conjunction with celebrating Hayes, the Rockets opted to don some alternate threads. Houston debuted its throwback jerseys for the 2022-23 season, which harken back to the organization's first four seasons that it played in San Diego.
Throwback jerseys can have a hit-or-miss nature, but these seem to be done in taste and style. Check out Houston's Friday-night attire below.
