Houston Rockets drop second-straight Summer League game

The Houston Rockets do not have the most talented Summer League roster ever assembled, that’s for sure. They are now 0-2 after dropping another game, this time to the Portland Trail Blazers.

The Rockets don’t have a ton of top talent in the Las Vegas Summer League normally, but it isn’t usually quite this rough. The offense is mostly stagnant, outside of the heroics of Chris Clemons. The Rockets ended up scoring just 87 points.

Isaiah Hartenstein showed flashes of being a productive player, but was inconsistent once again. He had one play in particular that I loved seeing when he made a beautiful pass on the fast break, but he also had some head-scratching moments.
