As the Houston Rockets approach the start of the 2015-2016 NBA season, the organization hopes that they can avoid the injury bug they fell victim to last season. Throughout their 82-game schedule, and into the playoffs, the Rockets faced an uphill battle against injuries to key players.
Though he was healthy during the postseason, the Rockets most substantial injury came to superstar center Dwight Howard, who missed half of last season. Vowing to be a better team on defense at the start of last season, the Rockets found it difficult to do so after Howard’s injury.
