Former Rockets guard Danuel House signs with Utah Jazz

The 28-year-old House grew up in Houston, attending Sharpstown and Hightower High Schools before playing for the University of Houston and Texas A&M. After playing parts of seasons with the Wizards and Suns, House played four seasons with the Rockets.

He shined on the 2020 team, averaging a career-best 10.5 points and shooting 36.3% percent from the 3-point line. However, he was kicked out of the NBA Bubble during that season’s playoffs when it was discovered he broke COVID-19 protocols by having a guest into his room.

House was averaging just 4.8 points per game this season when the Rockets waived him.
