Ex-Rockets player explains why team should target Draymond Green

The Houston Rockets have made it clear that bringing in productive veterans is a priority this offseason. Entering the 2022-23 season, the Rockets were the second-youngest team in the NBA with an average age of 23.58 years old. The only veteran player who played meaningful minutes for Houston was 34-year-old Eric Gordon, who the Rockets shipped to the Los Angeles Clippers at the trade deadline.

The Rockets are considered among the favorites in the sweepstakes for former league MVP and 10-time All-Star James Harden. The team has also been linked to veterans Brook Lopez, Cam Johnson, Dillon Brooks and Patrick Beverley.
