The Rockets moved a step closer to realizing their long quest to land Anthony on Thursday when the Oklahoma City Thunder dealt him to the Atlanta Hawks with the Hawks intending to buy out Anthony to make him a free agent, according to reports by ESPN and the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
