Midfielder Sofia Huerta and forward Veronica Latsko claim the top of the table with Sydney FC after their second straight win with a 1-0 victory over defender Amber Brooks and Adelaide United. Midfielder Haley Hanson earned her first win with the Melbourne Victory in a dramatic 3-2 win over the Brisbane Roar.
This week, Hanson and the Victory are in South Korea competing in the inaugural AFC Women’s Club Championship.
