After a wild first 90 minutes in which the Houston Dynamo lose a two-goal lead in the final 15 minutes (plus seven minutes of extra time) of regulation, followed by 30 minutes of scoreless extra time, the hosts outlasted Los Angeles Football Club 7-6 in penalties on Wednesday night at BBVA Compass Stadium, to advance to their first U.S. Open Cup Final.
