A lawsuit filed against Houston Dynamo forward Romell Quioto alleges that the dissemination of intimate photographs and videos earlier this year purportedly led to emotional distress and the loss of reputation and income of a Honduran blogger.
In the seven-page suit filed against Quioto on July 13 in the Harris County 125th District Court, a woman—referred to as E.O.—explains that Quioto took and received nude pictures of her while also filming video of her topless without her consent. Her attorney argues that Quioto "released or authorized the release of the pictures and video" onto Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and a porn site.
