Houston Dynamo director of project development, James Clarkson, will be named the new head coach of the Dash early next week, people with knowledge of the move said.
Clarkson doubled as the head coach of the Dynamo's Premier Development League affiliate Brazos Valley Bombers.
He formerly served as the director of the Dynamo Academy from its 2007 inception until this July.
