Three Houston Dash players saw action in the first matchday of the CONCACAF Women’s Championship that kicked off on Thursday.
Bianca Henninger and the Mexican Women’s National Team fell to the U.S. Women’s National Team 6-0 in the nightcap of Group A play in Cary, North Carolina. Henninger finished with four saves and will look to bounce back against Trinidad and Tobago on Oct. 7 in a key match for both teams after the Central American team fell 3-0 to Costa Rica. Kickoff is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. and the match will air live on FS2.
