The Dynamo finally snapped the winless streak they had been on since July with a 4-1 win last weekend over the Portland Timbers. The game got off to a shaky start for the Dynamo after defender Alejandro Fuenmayor scored an own goal just nine minutes into the game. Alberth Elis headed home a free kick from Tomas Martinez in the 32nd minute to tie the game up.
