Players in the Houston Dynamo locker room welcomed veteran defender DaMarcus Beasley back to the team by leaving him a few gifts at his locker before his first practice with the team on Saturday morning.
Beasley, 34, has been the Dynamo's elder statesman for the past several seasons, along with midfielder Ricardo Clark, who also turned 34 on Friday (though some teammates apparently thought him older).
Thanks to all the family, friends, and fans who gave birthday shouts today. And to @MauroManotas19, I'm not 43 years old.
