The last calendar year has not been good to Owen Coyle.
The former Dynamo boss on Tuesday left his coaching position with English club Blackburn Rovers by 'mutual agreement.' Former Dynamo assistant Sandy Stewart, who followed Coyle to Blackburn, also left the club.
The news comes nine months after the Dynamo announced their divorce with Coyle also was by mutual agreement, though the likely reason for both instances is poor performance.
Coyle was hired by Blackburn nine days after the Dynamo announced the two sides were parting ways. Coyle has extensive coaching experience in England, where he once helped Burnley get promoted to the Premier League.
