Defense has been a priority for Wade Barrett since he was put in charge of the Dynamo. For the fourth time in as many games under the new interim coach, Houston performed admirably on that side of the ball.
The flip side of that is that the offense is still a work in progress. It all equaled a 0-0 draw with visiting D.C. United Saturday night at BBVA Compass Stadium.
The Dynamo (3-7-5) have tied all three MLS games with Barrett in charge. Their only victory came against USL side San Antonio FC in the U.S. Open Cup on Wednesday.
