HOUSTON – The Houston Dash signed midfielders Emily Ogle and Gabby Seiler to two-year contract extensions through 2022, the Club announced today. The Club also holds an option to extend Seiler’s contract through 2023.
The Dash acquired the NWSL rights to both players in a trade with the Portland Thorns on Dec. 16. Houston sent Portland their natural first-round and fourth-round picks in the 2021 NWSL College Drafts as part of the deal.
Ogle joins Houston for her third NWSL season after making two starts in six appearances with the Thorns from 2019-20. The Ohio native started in one of three appearances with the Thorns this year, logging 97 minutes during the Fall Series.
