The UH volleyball team became the University’s first female sports program to sign a team-wide name, image and likeness deal.

The team partnered with Ryan Galvez, who graduated from UH in 1996 and currently serves as the president of My Eyelab franchises in the Greater Houston area, in a deal that will pay each of the UH student-athletes $1,000 in exchange for meet and greets, signings and two social media posts.

Galvez worked closely with Linking Coogs to put the deal together.
