The ascension of Carlos Correa continues. Correa won't turn 21 years-old till this September and he is currently batting .347 (60x173) this season between Double A Corpus Christi and Triple A Fresno. ESPN's Keith Law has updated his Top-25 prospect in baseball today, naming Correa the top prospect in baseball.
The Astros selected Correa first-overall in the 2012 MLB June Amateur Draft, the first of three-straight first overall selections for Houston. He spent the 2012 season with the Gulf Coast League Astros and the Greenville Astros.
Correa played all of the 2013 season with the Low A Quad City River Bandits, batting .
