It’s been a bumpy month for Giles, but hopefully he can get things squared away with some time out of the spotlight. Meanwhile it will be interesting to see what lefty Perez can show at the Major League level. Perez repertoire features a lively low-mid 90’s fastball, a hard and tight slider, and a reliable change up. Last night he allowed 2 hits and 2 walks in 1.2 innings of work, but also got his first two career strikeouts.

Last night Bregman slid to shortstop, Yuli to third, while Tyler White filled in at first.

Pretty crazy how far Bregman has come - and how under the radar it has flown due to the rest of the team’s dominance.
