Bullpen Blows One. Astros Get Walked-Off by Rays, 3-2

The Astros bullpen, going into the game with the lowest ERA in baseball, and largely responsible for whatever success the Astros have had this season, wasted Brandon Walter’s MLB starting debut, giving up a two-run lead as the Rays walked off the Astros 3-2.

The Astros scored early for once, getting a run each in innings two and three. In the second inning, a Jake Meyers double scored Victor Caratini. In the third inning, a solo homer from Isaac Paredes, his eighth, gave the Astros a 2-0 lead for Astros starter Brandon Walter.
