Bielak impresses, but bullpen blows late lead as D-Backs win on a walk-off 5-4 over the Astros

Brandon Bielak made his first big league start tonight for the Astros and pitched well tossing five scoreless innings. He did walk three and was bailed out by some nice defensive plays by Springer in CF, but overall, it was a good start for the rookie.

The Astros offense struggled early against Zac Gallen but were finally able to break through on a Yuli Gurriel RBI single in the 4th inning. Gallen continued to pitch pretty well but Altuve was able to tag him for a deep homerun to LF in the top of the 6th to make it 2-0.
