1. Pedro Leon, SS/CF
Level: AAA DOB: 05/28/98
The first two here could be heavily debated but I ended up going with Leon. The Astros were rumored to be the favorites for Leon for quite a while but COVID threw a wrench in the plans. He was eventually signed in January of this year for $4 million.
