Astros three things is an old feature here at TCB that we haven’t used in some time exactly. But it fits perfectly for what happened last night. Let’s discuss the three things that went wrong last night.

Lacking a proven fourth starter for last night’s game, Manager A.J. Hinch decided to use ace Justin Verlander on short rest. He allowed three runs in the first inning, four in the 3.2 he lasted, giving up two home runs.
