Sugar Land got on the board in the 3rd inning scoring 3 runs on a Leon RBI double, Whitcomb RBI single and Hensley RBI double. They got another run in the 4th on an Amaya RBI groundout. Blubaugh started for Sugar Land and was great allowing 1 unearned run over 5.1 innings while striking out 8. Hummel added a little insurance in the 7th with a solo HR.
